About GRC

About GRC WorkshopGovernance, risk management, and compliance are playing significant roles in todays’ businesses. The significance of this role is substantiated by the inflating size of enterprises and organizations in both the public and private sectors. Additionally, services provided by businesses are getting more complex whether these services are provided locally or globally. This adds a major layer of administrative and financial complexity to the services delivery process. Governments and regulators, on the other hand, are flooding businesses with huge number of regulations and business practices to abide by. In addition, we should not forget the information technology factor that is driving businesses and innovation today. IT comes accompanied with its complexity let alone the cyber security challenges that became a real personal, organizational and even a national security challenge on a global level.
